Usage Rights Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, the following usage rights apply to all standard orders:

  • Standard Rights: 12 months of paid ad usage (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and organic social posting rights.
  • Exclusions: TV, Billboard, Print, and OTT platforms are excluded unless purchased separately.
  • Perpetual Rights: Available for an additional 30-50% of the base video cost. This grants you the right to use the content forever.
  • Whitelisting: Creator whitelisting (running ads through the creator's handle) is available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellation & Refunds

Before Production Starts

If you cancel after booking but before the product has been shipped or AI generation has started, you are eligible for a 90% refund (10% processing fee applies).

During Production

Once the creator has received the product or scripting has begun, a 50% refund is available. The product can be returned at your expense.

After Delivery: No refunds are issued after the first draft is delivered. We offer 1 round of revisions to ensure satisfaction.
