What happens if I don't like the video?
We offer 1 round of revisions included in the price for editing changes. For Human UGC, if the creator missed a specific instruction from the brief, we will reshoot for free. If you want to change the creative direction after shooting, a reshoot fee applies.
How do I send my product?
Once you book, we will share the shipping address of the specific creator matched to your brand. You are responsible for shipping costs. Products are generally not returned unless a return label is provided and agreed upon beforehand.
Do I own the content forever?
Our standard package includes 12 months of digital usage rights for ads and organic social. For perpetual (forever) rights, select the "Extended Usage Rights" add-on (+30-50%).
Do you work with influencers?
Yes! But we specialize in UGC creators (non-influencer, ad-focused content). Our creators are trained specifically for performance marketing, not vanity metrics.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel before production: full refund minus 10% fee. Cancel after production begins: 50% refund. No refund after final delivery.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance to begin production, 50% before final file delivery. We accept Netbanking, UPI, bank transfer, and online invoice payments.
